Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Carrier We ship all orders via Packeta. Within Slovakia and the Czech Republic, Packeta delivers directly. For other destinations, Packeta partners with trusted local carriers for last-mile delivery (e.g., Hermes in Germany, DPD in Austria, and equivalent services in other countries).

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Orders over €75 shipping to EU destinations qualify for free shipping. Free shipping is not available for orders to the UK, Switzerland, Norway, or the United States.
Order Tracking All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Customs & Import Duties For orders shipped outside the European Union (UK, Switzerland, Norway, USA), customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
