1. Right to Withdraw from the Contract
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day:
- you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, take physical possession of the goods,
- you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, take physical possession of the last goods if the goods were ordered in a single order and delivered separately,
- you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, take physical possession of the last piece or part of the goods if they consist of multiple parts,
- you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, take physical possession of the first delivered goods in the case of periodic delivery during a specified period.
To exercise the right to withdraw, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract through a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) at the following address:

You can use the sample withdrawal form provided to you, but it is not mandatory.
The withdrawal deadline will be deemed met if you send the notification about exercising your right to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires.
2. When You Cannot Withdraw from the Contract
The law specifies situations when you cannot withdraw from a contract. These include, for example, cases where the contract concerns:
- The delivery of goods produced according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized,
- The delivery of goods in a sealed package that is unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery,
- The delivery of goods that, by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
3. Consequences of Withdrawal
Upon withdrawal from the contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs if you selected a delivery method other than the least expensive form of standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. No additional fees will be charged.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever comes first.
Please return the goods or send them back to the following address no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from the contract:

The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period expires.
The direct costs of returning the goods must be borne by you.
If the returned goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality, you are liable for any diminished value of the goods. This may result in us requesting the difference between the purchase price and the reduced resale value of the goods.
