Shipping & delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost depends on your delivery address and will be shown at checkout once you fill in your details. Orders within the EU totalling 75€ or more qualify for free shipping, applied automatically at checkout.

When will my order be dispatched and how long does delivery take?

We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days. Depending on your destination country, delivery then takes an additional 2 to 15 business days. An estimated delivery time is shown at checkout once you enter your address.

As soon as your order leaves our studio, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days from the date of purchase, please get in touch at hello@doruzova-studio.com and we’ll look into it straight away.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to all European Union countries (except the island territories of Spain, Cyprus and Malta), as well as the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, and the United States.

Do I need to pay customs or import fees?

If you’re ordering from within the EU, no customs charges or import taxes will apply when your order arrives.

If you’re ordering from outside the EU, additional fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order. Please note that DORUZOVA is not responsible for any import fees charged upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

How can I return my order?

You can return your full order or individual items within 60 days of delivery, no questions asked. The easiest way to get started is by filling out our return form. Once we know your parcel is on its way, simply pack the item(s) and send them to our workshop:

We’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 days of receiving the goods and confirming they are in flawless condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If you return your full order, we’ll also refund the original shipping fee. For partial returns, only the purchase price of the returned item(s) will be refunded.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We’re so sorry this happened. Please don’t worry - we’ve got you covered. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever suits you better. If the item was needed urgently and waiting for a replacement isn’t an option, just say the word. Reach out to us at hello@doruzova-studio.com, let us know your preference, and attach a photo of the damage so we can sort things out quickly and do better in the future.

Where are your products made?

Everything is made in our small family studio in the EU. From the initial design and laser-cutting to hand-painting, assembly, and packing - we do it all ourselves, with care and a good dose of joy. Want to know more about the people behind DORUZOVA? Read our story.

Is your jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. All our earring findings are made from nickel-free or gold-plated stainless steel, which is gentle on sensitive ears. If you have a specific concern, feel free to get in touch and we’ll do our best to advise.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Our pieces are made to last, but they’ll thank you for a little attention. Keep them away from water, perfume, and prolonged direct sunlight, as these can affect the acrylic and paintwork over time. Store them flat or in a soft pouch to prevent scratching. A gentle wipe with a soft, dry cloth is all they need to look their best.

What does the packaging look like? Is it suitable for gifting?

Every order comes packaged in a branded FSC-certified gift box, so no extra wrapping is needed - your piece arrives ready to give.

Ordering

Can I order only one earring?

Absolutely. If you’ve lost one or just want a single piece, use the code ONLYONE at checkout. It applies a 50% discount to all earrings in your cart, and we’ll send you just the one. Remember to include a note specifying which side you’d like - left or right - based on how the earring appears in the main product photo.

Do you do custom designs?

Due to the hands-on nature of everything we make and the size of our team, we’re not currently able to take on custom design commissions. That said, we truly love hearing from our community. If you have a theme, color, or idea in mind, reach out at hello@doruzova-studio.com. We can’t make any promises, but your suggestion might just spark something.
